We provide the totes
We deliver durable Smart Totes to your home so you can pack at your own pace.
You pack
Pack approved belongings and use your digital inventory to keep track of what’s inside each tote.
We collect them
When your totes are packed and ready, schedule a service trip and we’ll bring them back to our warehouse.
Request what you need
When you want something back, request one tote or several through your account and we’ll arrange delivery.
Know what you have with us
Each tote is linked to your account and digital inventory, making it easy to see what you have stored and what’s inside.
Get back only what you need
Request one tote, several totes, or an oversized item through your account, and we’ll arrange to get them back to you.
Prefer to stop by? You can pick up or return your items in person at our warehouse free of charge.
Included with Managed Storage
Four service trips included each year
- 4 service trips are included per service year.
- One scheduled visit can include delivery, collection, or both.
- Multiple totes or items may be handled during the same visit.
- Additional trips are $0.75 per mile, each way after the four included trips.
- Warehouse pickup and return are free and do not use an included trip.

Seasonal Camp Storage
Heading out for the season?
If your camp will sit empty while you’re away, Smart Totes make it easy to remove belongings you’d rather not leave behind. Pack approved tote-sized items such as linens, cookware, clothing, electronics, decorations, and small tools. We’ll handle transportation, keep them securely at our warehouse, and bring them back when you’re ready to reopen camp.

You can arrange to visit our customer area to add or remove items from a tote, or take the entire tote with you. If the tote remains with us, we’ll reseal it before returning it to the warehouse. For safety and security, warehouse storage areas are accessible only to employees.
