What is a Smart Tote?
A durable tote with a useful identity.
Each reusable tote has a unique label connected to your inventory. Add descriptions and photos so you can remember what is packed and request the right tote without opening every container.

What fits
Tote-sized belongings and more.
Smart Totes are suited to clean, dry, approved household and seasonal belongings. Choose the 27-gallon or 40-gallon tote for items that fit safely within the published packed-weight limit.
Too large for a tote?
Use the same plan for approved oversized items.
Bicycles, kayaks, skis, golf clubs, and similar belongings can use Storage Credits after individual review.

Storage Credits keep capacity simple.
Use credits for any combination of Smart Totes and approved oversized items. A 27-gallon Standard Tote uses 1 credit. A 40-gallon Large Tote uses 1.5 credits. We confirm the credit value of an oversized item before accepting it.

- One visit can include delivery, collection, or both.
- Multiple totes or items can be handled in one visit.
- Additional trips are $0.75 per mile, each way.

Request only the belongings you need without retrieving everything, or arrange a visit to our customer area to add or remove items. Warehouse storage areas remain employee-only.

Seasonal Camp Storage
Pack approved linens, cookware, clothing, electronics, decorations, and small tools before closing camp. We’ll transport and store them, then arrange their return when you reopen.
